About Us
Marisa McBride is an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing taxes for over 18 years. She holds a Master’s in Accounting (MBA/ACC) and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Marisa Specializes in IRS debt settlement, business bookkeeping, and payroll as well as any Tax Return- Business, Personal, Non-Profit, Etc.
Prior to Marisa’s years of taxes, she was the Chief Financial Officer for a large corporation in which her experience and expertise assisted in tripling the company’s success over the course of several years.
Marisa truly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any small business. She is dedicated and passionate about her work often times too much 🙂
In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and their French Bulldogs in Bullhead City. Fun fact she has an 80-pound Tortoise as well!
Josh Vergason is co-owner and a Certified Tax Preparer at Mountain View Tax & Accounting. He is passionate about bringing his professional tax expertise to the Bullhead City area while building strong, lasting relationships within the local community.
Originally from San Clemente, California, Josh recently relocated to Fort Mohave after spending 20 years in Washington and another 20 years in California. He is excited to call Arizona home and is committed to planting roots in the Tri-State area. He looks forward to serving individuals and businesses while becoming an active part of the community for years to come.
When he’s not helping clients navigate tax laws and achieve their financial goals, he enjoys embracing the Arizona lifestyle. On weekends, you’ll often find him out on the water jet skiing, exploring the desert in his Can-Am, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks, or perfecting his famous smoked tri-tip. Most of all, he enjoys spending quality time at home with his family, friends, and three dogs.
